Carlyle Swafford

Carlyle has performed within the real estate industry to include multi-family, commercial and residential real estate for the past three decades; working with exceptional national real estate companies to include Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. Multi-Family property management firms include AMICO, Archstone-Smith, Pinnacle and Winn-Residential; in addition to local award winning Washington DC based real estate firms to include Kettler, Edgewood/Vantage Management. Over this period, he has gained valuable experience in all facets of real estate and property management. Beginning his property management career in 1990, as a Maintenance Technician with R&B Apartment Management Company, he has successfully met and exceeded position objectives working in all positions up to Chief Operating Officer for several large multifamily organizations. Carlyle began working within the residential and commercial real estate profession in 1995 as a Real Estate Salesperson in Florida, he currently holds a Real Estate licenses in both North Carolina and Virginia, through Keller Williams and is the founder and CEO of Infinite Field, LLC. DBA Carlyle & Company a full service real estate organization serving residential and commercial estate, property management Carlyle also serves as a coaching and development coach. He is also a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Carlyle served as the Vice Mayor for the Town of Strasburg, youth sports coach, and a Virginia Volunteer Firefighter and President of the Strasburg Fire Department. Carlyle effectively demonstrates the abilities of being matter-of-fact, practical and realistic - focusing on the present. Carl leverages his past experience to help him solve problems and make decisions based on solid facts. He excels in making decisions and moving on to the next challenge. He has the proven ability to work with teams and individuals, in finding common ground that benefits all concerned. Delivering exceptional customer service is the cornerstone which he uses to grow long-term relationships with both internal and external customers & clients. He has successfully demonstrated the ability to build and lead teams and provide quality work product to his clients, resulting in exceptional results. Carl earned a Bachelor Degree from Alemda University - Business Management/Business Administration; during his career has received multiple awards to include HVAC Tech of the Year, Assistant Property Manager of the Year, Property Manager of the Year (2), Finalist for National Property Manager of the Year (NAHB) and Regional Property Manager of the Year; all gained through the assistance of the teams he has been honored to build and serve. Presently, Carlyle sits on the Board of Directors for the Property Management Association, in 2010, he held the position of Director for his local IREM Chapter and is active in several real estate based organizations. Carlyle is also active in his community serving on his Town Council as a Councilman and Vice Mayor (2008-2011). He served as a Volunteer Firefighter and President of the Strasburg Volunteer Fire Department.
